Swimming works every muscle in your body including your heart! If you are out of shape or are used to land based exercises, you have likely experienced that feeling of dying on the first lap! Have no fear! You can become a strong swimmer with practice and consistent work.


  • We will work together (privately) 3-4 days per week. In the beginning coaching sessions will last approximately 45 to 1 hr until the body gets stronger. Then we will start to transition to longer workouts
  • You will improve your swimming form and technique.
  • You will learn how to properly use swimming aids (toys) including a snorkel, fins, kick board, and paddles.
  • You will learn how to read a pace clock and work with intervals
  • You will receive a customized workout plan that incorporates drills, sprints and distance work
  • You will gain lean muscle mass and improve your cardiovascular health
  • You will work hard but have tons of fun






Please note:
Memberships are minimum six months in duration. Pool length (18 yds, 25 yds, 25 meters, or 50 meters) may change based on availability.
